Thanksgiving this year is Thursday, November 24th. If you’re hosting, now is the time to start finalizing your menu. According to a study by research firm Ipsos, there are over 9.7 million vegans in the United States. It is very likely that there will be a vegan or someone on a plant-based diet at your Thanksgiving dinner.
