Over the past several of years, many people have sought to adopt low-carb and Keto diets. Whether intended for weight loss or other health purposes, these diets often require low sugar, low starch, high protein and high fat foods. However, people still want to be able to enjoy cookies, chips and other snack foods. This is where Catalina Crunch comes in. For those unfamiliar with the brand, it has changed the Keto snack game.
Krishna Kaliannan, founder of Catalina Crunch, started the company after he was diagnosed with T1 diabetes. He wanted low-carb snacks that he could eat but that also tasted good. Since he couldn’t find what he wanted, he created a company to make them!
Since 2017, Catalina Crunch has produced a portfolio of cereal, cookies and crunch mixes that are high-protein, high-fiber and made with zero to low sugar. All of the online reviews I’ve read about Catalina Crunch products are very positive.
Try Catalina Crunch’s new limited edition Lemon Creme Sandwich Cookies and Triple Berry Blast Cereal
The company recently launched two new limited-edition products. Lemon Creme Sandwich Cookies are joining Catalina Crunch’s cookie lineup. The vanilla cookies are filled with a lemon creme with only 1 gram of sugar per cookie. If lemon isn’t your favorite, other sandwich cookie flavors in the line include chocolate cookie with a vanilla creme, vanilla cookies with a vanilla creme, chocolate mint and peanut butter.
While Triple Berry Blast cereal isn’t new to the company, it was previously only available via the company’s website. The cereal can now be found in grocery stores throughout the country. The fruity cereal has flavors of blueberry, strawberry and raspberry.
The debut of these new lemon and berry flavored products are timely for spring. In a recent press release, Kaliannan noted: “As consumers begin to enjoy the warmer weather, prioritize healthy resets, and gear up for travel and on-the-go activities, I’m especially excited to offer delicious and nutritious flavors that emulate the seasons.”
Both of these new products can be purchased online or at stores like Sprouts, Hy-Vee, Jewel Osco, The Fresh Market, The Giant Company, Harris Teeter, and Lowes.
