Spring is officially here, bringing baseball season, allergies, and, of course, spring cleaning. But who says tidying up your home is the only kind of spring cleaning that happens? Noodles & Company is refreshing its menu as part of its own seasonal overhaul.

Noodles & Company introduces reimagined favorites and new items

Over the past year, Noodles & Company has focused on evolving its menu, and this spring is no exception. The popular fast-casual chain is rolling out three new mac and cheese options: Buffalo Chicken Ranch, Garlic Bacon Crunch, and Pulled Pork BBQ. These dishes, tested last year, are now available at locations nationwide.

In addition to the new mac and cheese selections, three more items are arriving on menus: Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine, Green Goddess Cobb Salad, and Lemon Parmesan Broccoli. These additions follow last year’s debut of Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo, and Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi.

With new dishes coming in, Noodles & Company is also enhancing some fan favorites. The Creamy Cheddar Mac & Cheese — though it will always be Wisconsin Mac & Cheese in my heart — is said to be cheesier than ever. Other revamped classics include the Rigatoni Rosa (formerly Penne Rosa), Basil Pesto Cavatappi, and Chicken Caesar Salad.

Noodles & Company is embracing the spirit of spring cleaning by refreshing its menu with new offerings and improved versions of longtime favorites. And I, for one, am curious to see just how much cheesier the OG mac and cheese can get.

So, as you tackle your own spring cleaning, consider stopping by to check out what might be the most significant menu overhaul in nearly 30 years of serving up delicious noodle dishes for Noodles & Company.
