Cracker Barrel is a name synonymous with breakfast. In all honesty, when I sat down to write this, I wasn’t entirely sure whether the restaurant chain served anything but breakfast (they do). So you probably already know that if you’re headed to a Cracker Barrel, you’re aiming to get some eggs, bacon, sausage, whatever.

But you might not be familiar with the scope of the Cracker Barrel breakfast menu, and that’s where we come in. Here’s your guide to what’s on the menu now as of July 1, 2024, what hours Cracker Barrel serves breakfast, and so much more.

And one quick note before we get into it: Yes, Cracker Barrel is planning on removing items from the menu, and are testing multiple new items, as well. However, while there are some menu item changes we'll get into below, for the most part it's the Cracker Barrel breakfast menu you know and love.

Does Cracker Barrel have a breakfast menu?

Do crackers come in barrels? The answer to that is “yes, probably, I didn’t actually do the research on that one.” But point being yes, of course, Cracker Barrel has a breakfast menu. In fact, there are several menus and breakfast items spill onto other menus you would think of more traditionally as lunch or dinner. So, it’s confusing, but there are an array of breakfast options at Cracker Barrel, as sure as there are crackers in a barrel, I assume.

Can you order the breakfast menu all day at Cracker Barrel? When is the breakfast menu available at Cracker Barrel?

Yep! There’s a Breakfast All Day menu at Cracker Barrel, and not to mention there’s also a grocery where you can get breakfast items to take home with you.

As for when it’s available, check your local Cracker Barrel for hours (it’s all day, so the entire time the store is open). However, near me in New York hours are generally 7 am to 9 pm, though some are 6 am to 10 pm or 7 am to 10 pm. Big takeaway? This is not a 24-hour joint, nor are you going to be able to slip into Cracker Barrel for some super early – or late-night – breakfast.

Does Cracker Barrel have a gluten-free breakfast menu?

Unfortunately, Cracker Barrel does not have a gluten-free breakfast menu. In fact, in their official allergen guide they note that even items that might seem gluten-free may not, in fact, be gluten-free:

“Regarding gluten, menu items that do not contain gluten does not necessarily meet the definition of “gluten-free” for those who are highly sensitive.”

They add that you can speak to a manager or make a request to the kitchen to see if a menu item meets your needs. But if you want gluten-free breakfast, you might want to head elsewhere.
