Would you brave the taste of a Chili Caramel M&M’s Taco or would you bail at the very idea of them?
Here’s the wonderful thing about food. Unless you have tried it you can’t say you don’t like it. At least that’s what my Granma tells me, and in a way, she is right. Unless I have tasted it how can I honestly say I don’t like it?
Well, just some things don’t really sound very edible. For example, have you ever heard of the Japanese delicacy, shirako? It looks like a miniature white brain and it is said to have a sweet custardy taste. It’s not a brain, although you may prefer it was depending on your view because shirako is the sperm sac of either a puffer fish, a cod or an anglerfish.

Now I have never tried shirako, so technically I can’t honestly say I don’t like it, but I’m pretty certain I won’t because it just sounds that unedible to me.
Chili Caramel M&M’s Tacos, however, is one that I think I could at the least sample to see if it’s edible.
Make your own Chili Caramel M&M’s Tacos
M&M shared a nice little video via their official Twitter showing how you can make your very own chili caramel M&M’s tacos in honor of Cinco de Mayo.
It’s a very straightforward video to follow and all the ingredients pop up during it as well. They even look pretty good at the end. So if you think you can bypass your initial thoughts on Chili Caramel M&M’s Tacos like I have with shirako, give them a go and see if they are any good or not.
