Starbucks releasing prepackaged Teavana teas in grocery stores

Packaged Teavana teas are coming to a grocery store near you thanks to Starbucks. Beginning this summer, you’ll be able to make your favorite tea at home.

Fans of Starbucks’ Teavana teas have something to look forward to starting this summer. On June 26, the company announced that they are going to be introducing prepackaged Teavana tea in grocery stores across the country.

In the press release from Starbucks, they shared that they will initially be offering six flavors that are based on some of the customers’ favorite blends. The tea will come in delicate sachets for perfect at home brewing, and the chance to make the beverage you usually love in stores, in the comfort of your own home.

As part of Starbucks‘ goal to be innovative following their acquisition of Teavana five years ago, the company has chosen to make their tea even more accessible to consumers. Over the next couple of years, the company hopes to continue their expansion of their tea line, including offering more prepackaged teas and even ready to drink options.

For now though, fans of the Teavana teas will be able to get their hands on the following six flavors in grocery stores soon.

Jade Citrus Mint

Citrus Lavender

This particular Teavana tea is actually inspired by artisanal cocktails. This herbal tea is a blend of lavender and sage, as well as pineapple and orange for a refreshing and zesty beverage.

Peach Tranquility

This herbal tea is a chamomile based tea that pairs the delicate and refreshing flavor of peach with verbena and lemon. Once more, this is a perfect summer option that will leave your thirst quenched.

Youthberry

While the name might imply that Starbucks has found the fountain of youth, this particular tea is actually a white tea with a citrus and berry flavor. Youthberry combines rose and hibiscus with oranges and mangoes for a refreshing and tropical tea experience.
