Baskin-Robbins unveils their flavor of the month for December 2019

There is a new ice cream flavor at Baskin-Robbins and it just so happens to also be the flavor of the month for December 2019.

Even when it is cold and snowy outside, it feels like there is always room for ice cream. And one ice cream shop that is ready with the holiday flavors is none other than Baskin-Robbins. As part of the shop’s holiday offerings, they have unveiled a brand new flavor as their December 2019 flavor of the month.

On their website, Baskin-Robbins revealed that for December, Jolly Mint was taking the crown as their much-anticipated flavor of the month. And if you are wondering exactly what Jolly Mint is (we were too), have no fear as they help break it down for us.

According to Baskin-Robbins, this is a buttermint-flavored ice cream that has white chocolate flakes incorporated throughout. Think of these flakes of chocolate as if they were perfect snowflakes ready to melt in your mouth. And the buttermint itself is reminiscent of those nostalgic mints that used to sit in a bowl at Grandma’s house (or at least they were in my grandmother’s house).

The Jolly Mint is a delicious addition to the holiday lineup, that can also be enjoyed in a milkshake as well. Not only is this ice cream treat festively colored for the holidays, but it has that taste of minty goodness that we love right now.

Personally, I love that this is the flavor of ice cream they chose as December’s flavor of the month. Not only is it perfectly festive, but it also inspires nostalgic moments with every lick.
