Lucky Charms Cookie Dough is here for all of your magically delicious baking

Are you looking for a sugar cookie dough that is a step above the rest? Then why not give the limited edition Lucky Charms variety a try?

We all know that Lucky Charms are magically delicious, but what would happen if you added it to a cookie? Well it looks like we can find out for ourselves now.

It’s official, Pillsbury has released a limited edition Lucky Charms Cookie Dough that features the iconic marshmallows we know and love. For this dough, they opted for a sugar cookie base, which makes perfect sense as they definitely want to marshmallows to shine.

Over on Instagram, SnackGator shared a picture of the cookie dough, which they spotted at Walmart. Personally, I saw it for sale at my local Kroger the other day, but when I went back it was no longer in the cooler.

One of the things I love about Foodie Instagram, is all of the fun finds people share with their followers. And since I couldn’t find the cookie dough when I went back to the store, I definitely thought it was my imagination until I saw the post from SnackGator.

This is definitely one of those cookie doughs I want to try (at least once), as not only does it feature the colorful and iconic marshmallows we love in Lucky Charms cereal, but it gives the sugar cookie a much-needed glow-up. And don’t get me wrong, I love a good sugar cookie as much as the next dessert lover, but sometimes it just needs a boost.

We don’t know how long the Lucky Charms Cookie Dough will be on shelves, but we definitely think now is the time to snag some. And if you see it in stores one day and gone the next, perhaps it is the Lucky Charms Leprechaun messing with us.
