Sprinkles is satisfying our Girl Scout Cookie cravings with three new cupcakes

While most of us think of January as the start of new resolutions, for those of us with a sweet tooth it means Girl Scout Cookie season. And Sprinkles understands and is giving us some cupcakes to tide us over.

It might be time to forget those New Year’s Resolutions and head on over to a Sprinkles near you. And do you want to know why? Because they are channeling our favorite seasonal treat, Girl Scout Cookies, and giving us delicious cupcakes inspired by three of the more popular cookies in the lineup.

Available in January, Sprinkles is giving us the cupcakes of our cookie loving dreams and we are here for this deliciousness. We are talking about a Chocolate Mint Cupcake inspired by the Thin Mint, a Toasted Coconut, Caramel, & Chocolate cupcake inspired by the Samoas/Caramel delites, and a Peanut Butter Ganache cupcake inspired by Tagalongs.

Seriously, our three favorite cookies are being represented in cupcake form. And not only are we getting delicious treats, but Sprinkles is also making a donation to a national nonprofit called Step Up that helps mentor and inspire young girls for every purchase up to $10.

So not only are they giving us cookie inspired cupcakes, but they are doing something amazing in the process. And according to the Vice President of Sprinkles Culinary and Innovation, Charles Craig, “Our new Cookie Series cupcakes are inspired by those coveted treats we all know and love so much. And, Sprinkles’ passion for innovation – as seen with our Royal Wedding, Game of Thrones, & Flamin’ Hot Cheetos cupcakes! – keep us baking up fresh and relevant recipes for our guests!”

I don’t know about you, but I am excited for all three of these cupcakes as they sound like a perfect baked treat that also gives back. If you are a fan of Sprinkles cupcakes or just love Girl Scout Cookies, these are the three cupcakes you will definitely want to try in January.

Honestly, this might just be our favorite new release in a while, although I’m definitely curious about that Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Cupcake.
