Is McDonald’s open for Christmas 2020?
Will McDonald’s be open for Christmas in 2020?
Looking for a cup of coffee, a breakfast sandwich, or maybe even a burger on Christmas this year? Then you’ll want to know if McDonald’s is open.
While Christmas day is often a day for family, not everyone can or does celebrate the holiday. And with the way things have changed in 2020, this holiday is even more different than ever before. That means that even more people might be looking for a dinner or even breakfast alternative on Dec. 25., and one fast food choice that we can all agree on might just be McDonald’s.
However, just because we might want McDonald’s for Christmas, that doesn’t necessarily mean we will be able to get it. While it seems like a good number of locations will in fact be open on Christmas Day, there will be plenty of restaurants that keep their doors closed, according to Country Living.

McDonald’s will be open on Christmas Day 2020
With a number of McDonald’s locations being open, this is definitely good news for those of us looking for a quick meal, whether we are talking breakfast, lunch or dinner. That being said, we still recommend checking the app, going online, or giving them a call before heading over. Not only will this confirm that the location nearest you is open, but it will also give you their exact hours of operation.
Considering it is a major holiday, it is likely that many of the stores that do remain open will have reduced hours to allow their employees a chance to enjoy the holiday as well.
Whether you are heading in for a Big Mac, an Egg McMuffin, or maybe a McCafe treat, it seems like McDonald’s is a good choice for satisfying your hunger on Christmas Day 2020.
