Noodles & Company added two Cauliflower Gnocchi dishes to the menu that will have you coming back for more
There is something about a pasta dish that warms the soul. And at Noodles & Company, they are making magic happen with their new Cauliflower Gnocchi menu items.
In a press release that went live on Jan. 28, the company announced the arrival of two new menu items – a Cauliflower Gnocchi Rosa and a Cauliflower Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic Cream. It’s a first for the fast casual industry as gnocchi gets a makeover. And we are here for it.
If you want to try something delicious and good for you, then you need to head to your local Noodles & Company and give either one of these dishes a try. And while I am sure the Rosa dish is amazing, I can personally vouch for the Cauliflower Gnocchi with Roasted Garlic Cream, even if it was me making the sauce (thank you Noodles & Company for teaching me how to make this epic cream sauce, even if I need to come in for the gnocchi itself).

As someone who loves pasta and has a real appreciation for fresh gnocchi, I admit that I was worried about trying this cauliflower based gnocchi dish. However, it ended up being so good that my pasta-loving heart might even consider enjoying this gnocchi dish on the regular.
Noodles & Company drops two new Cauliflower Gnocchi dishes
With all the flavors that came together in the dish that I tried, I can admit that I am definitely a fan of what Noodles & Company is doing in the world of pasta. It would be amazing if we could get this in a make-at-home option so that even more people can appreciate the beauty that is this gnocchi.
If you are a fan of cauliflower and eating better or even just a fan of pasta, then you need to give Noodles & Company a visit. And if you want a suggestion for what to try, I definitely suggest giving the Roasted Garlic Cream dish a chance as you may end up with a new favorite meal.
