Wine lovers are you looking for something new to sip on? Check out these delicious offerings!
When it comes to finding the perfect wine, it can be tricky because there are so many options out there. And since we can grab a cheap bottle or two at places such as Target, Aldi’s, and even CVS, you may be looking for guidance.
However, when it comes to trying something new when it comes to finding the perfect wine, we like branching out, even if that means going with companies we have never heard of or that are known for something different than wine. For example, did you know that Wicked Weed Brewing has decided to enter the natural wine business?
In fact, they currently offer four bottles that we can’t resist adding to our sipping menu. Another company that has hit our radar and given us wines that we are already obsessed with is The Vice Wine, which even released a Mother’s Day gift box on April 10 that was perfect for Mother’s Day and beyond.
So which wines are we grabbing bottles (or cans) of to get us through the rest of Spring and all of Summer? I’m glad you asked.
These wine offerings are perfect for spring sips, celebrating mom, and so much more
Vidl Sauvignon Blanc – One of the Wicked Weed Brewing offerings, this wine is balanced and flavorful with a relatively low acidity. This wine gives us notes of honey and peach, as well as passionfruit and pineapple. This is a drink that stands out from a crowd and we are here for this pour!
Vidl Blaufränkisch – Another of the WWB wines, this is a red wine that is both complex, but delicious with notes of pepper jelly and dark fruits. It’s not the wine we expect, but it’s the wine we need. (Seriously, this is perfect for a red meat pairing, but I am here for this being a bubble bath and relaxation drink too.)
The Vice Wine Sparkling Rose – In honor of Pride Month, it seems that The Vice Wine is taking their current Sparkling Rose and adding in a Pride version which will release in June and we can’t wait to sip on it. It’s a canned wine, but don’t let that scare you. In fact, we are so excited to find a canned version we love that we may just skip the hard seltzers completely this summer and stick with this one.
BABE 100 Rosé – Another canned rose, this time from BABE, this is sipping done right, especially since it contains just 100 calories! Having tried this one just after it was released in February, we admit that this became an instant must have for our Thirsty Thursday happy hours. (It even made it into our Super Bowl watch parties!)
Avaline Wine – After launching Avaline wine in 2020, the company has quickly expanded to give us a variety of delicious offerings for any occasion. Whether you love White, Red, Rose or Sparkling, there is a sip for everyone. Personally, I am obsessed with both the White and the Rose, as these have offered so much versatility when it comes to my sipping shenanigans. And yes, these wines pair well with everything.
Cavit Wines– Want a wine that you can turn into a delicious cocktail or frozen treat? Cavit Wines has the answer as they gave us the perfect Rose inspired cocktail recipe – the Rosjito. This drink is as easy as taking Cavit Rosé, blending it with a white rum and ice, adding in mint, and getting this to a slushy consistency. Pour your mix into a glass and sip away the day. (Tell me this doesn’t sound amazing! You can’t!)
The Vice Wine Pinot Noir, “The House” – Our final offering of the day has to go to the Pinot Noir from The Vice Wine, “The House.” Found in The Vice Wine Cool Mom Gift Box, this is another delicious sip and perfect for pairing with any number of dishes. Whether you serve this on its own or with pasta, chicken, or something else, this is one bottle that you won’t want to miss out on.
When it comes to wines, there are a lot of options on the market. However, with these options, you have plenty of offerings that will satisfy your taste buds and perfectly pair with any of your meals and snacks. And honestly, these may just end up being the perfect sips of not just your Thirsty Thursday, but also spring, summer, and beyond.
