Did you know May 10 is the start of National Vegetarian Week? Taco Bell is reminding people by sending out emails to remind us they have what we need to enjoy a week of meatless deliciousness.

And sure, we might think of Taco Bell as the place for Beef Tacos, Chicken Quesadillas, and all things meat lovers paradise, but on their Blog they actually offer up tips and tricks for “How to Eat Vegetarian” when snagging a meal (or two) at the fast food chain.

But really, we are here for the email they sent out celebrating National Vegetarian Week in which they pointed out that this the perfect time to create a $5 Build Your Own Cravings Box. In fact, when you click on the Order Now button in the email, it takes you right to a page that lets you choose to Build a Box for Vegetarian Week!

So what can you pick for your Vegetarian Cravings Box? Not only can you choose goodies like their Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme or the Black Bean Chalupa, but this is also the perfect time to enjoy their Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes (which recently made a return to the menu).

While we wouldn’t always think of fast food restaurants as the place to go for vegetarians, it is clear that Taco Bell wants to change that.
