There’s one thing in life that’s constant: life’s what you make it, so let’s make it right (thanks Hannah Montana). Another thing that is what we make it: cocktails! Making a cocktail can be so versatile. You can add your favorite alcohols, simple syrups, fruit flavors. Legit anything…you name it, you add it (it’s your drink, so make it right)!

Ever wonder what the most popular cocktail is from all 50 states in the US? That’s what we’re here to talk about today!

We will briefly touch on each of the 50 cocktails, and maybe even a few honorable mentions!

Which signature cocktail will be the fave on this list? Let’s find out!

1. Alabama

Bellini

This is definitely one drink that can be customized to legit whatever fruits are in season. My personal favorite way to drink a Bellini is a Peach Bellini – they are made with two super simple ingredients: Prosecco wine and peach purée. Don’t have Prosecco? Try some Champagne!

2. Alaska

White Russian

I had actually never heard of White Russians until about a week and a half ago on my Dad’s birthday. He ordered a White Russian, and I was super intrigued. I tried it, and loved it. Here’s what to add and how to make it: vodka, Kahlúa, and cream. Coffee and alcohol? Yes please!

3. Arizona

Jack and Coke

This is potentially one of the simplest drinks on our list here. It’s made with two ingredients, one of them being something that some people would already have in their fridges. It’s, of course, made with Jack Daniels Whiskey and Coca Cola. Doesn’t even taste like you’re drinking alcohol.

4. Arkansas

Mojito

To me, this is definitely one of those cocktails that is an acquired taste. It’s main ingredient is mint, and if you don’t like to drink mint, then this drink won’t be for you. If you do like drinking mint, here’s how to make a classic mojito and what to add: mint, ice, lime, sugar, white rum, club soda!

5. California

Paloma

I’ve never heard of this one in particular before, but it does look super pretty! It consists of the following (classic) ingredients: salt, grapefruit, lime juice, sugar, tequila, and club soda. One of my favorite things in a drink is tequila. Next time I’ve got all these things together, Paloma it is!
