Is Chick-fil-A open on Christmas Day?

Are you craving a chicken sandwich and sweet tea from Chick-fil-A? Do you want to know if they are open on Christmas Day? Find out below.

Christmas has arrived and that means that all of the shopping is done and any cooking is either happening or about to kick into gear. But sometimes you just want a quick bite or a favorite meal. And that might mean wanting to run to Chick-fil-A for one of their chicken sandwiches.

However, this also means needing to know whether or not they will be open.

According to Chick-fil-A’s own blog, the Chicken Wire, all of their fast food restaurants will be closed on Christmas day.

In their blog post, Chick-fil-A explained that just like everyone else, they want to spend time with their loved ones for the holiday. According to the fast food chain, “Our restaurants will be closed on Christmas Day (December 25) as we enjoy the gift of quality time spent with friends and family — we hope you have the chance to do the same.”

However, they will be open regular business hours on Dec. 26, which means that you won’t have to wait too long to enjoy their sweet tea and chicken sandwiches. And because they understand wanting to plan ahead, their holiday post also contained a link to find out about their New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day hours as well. (If you were wondering the answer is yes, although their hours may not be the same as usual.

Are you surprised that Chick-fil-A will be closed on Christmas Day? We aren’t, but we might be a bit disappointed.
