If you are looking to add all the veggies to your diet in 2020, then Pret A Manger understands and has you covered with their new Veggies for All menu.

Every year when January rolls around we all make resolutions that we are going to exercise and eat healthier. And usually those resolutions fall apart pretty quickly. But thanks to Pret A Manger, your 2020 desire to eat healthy has a much better chance of lasting through the year.

According to a press release from Pret A Manger, on Jan. 8, the company is introducing a new Veggies for All menu. So what does this mean for our healthy eating goals? It means that we now have 12 plant-based options to choose from when we want to snag a meal at Pret A Manger.

Some of the new menu options include Roasted Pepper, Feta & Olive Focaccia Sandwich, Mediterranean Eggplant, a Dark Chocolate & Almond Butter Cookie, and Vegan Turmeric Cauliflower & Lentil Salad with Lemon Shallot Dressing. I don’t know about you, but even these four items sound yummy enough to have me wanting to check out this veggie-forward menu.

So where did this new Veggies for All menu come from? It seems that “food developers” from around the world came together in New York for a meeting of the minds to create a menu of veggie-based foods that are not only healthy, but also delicious.

With the help of fresh ingredients, fan-favorite flavors, and plenty of innovation, the new Pret A Manger Veggies for All menu is the kind of fresh approach to healthy eating we are totally here for in 2020. And as an added bonus, they are hoping to make grabbing these veggie based menu items easy to snag with the help of green ticket labels in stores.

While Pret A Manger has long offered a variety of health conscious options, such as juices and salads, this new Veggies for All menu definitely gives customers so many more options to choose from. And we are all about having more variety in our healthy menus.

Honestly, I am excited to give these new veggie-based items a chance the next time I visit a Pret A Manger. After all, not only are these items healthy, but they all sound delicious too.
