It looks like Arby’s may be getting into the wings game as they have been seen testing new Boneless Wings and Crinkle Fries

When it comes to fast food chains and their identity among consumers, each one has that one product that you immediately think of when it is mentioned. For McDonald’s it’s the Big Mac, Wendy’s it’s their square burgers and for Arby’s, it’s their Classic Roast Beef sandwich.

Arby’s is so well known for their roast beef that they actually started selling it by the pound this past summer. They have other items on their menu, but for fans of Arby’s it always comes back to the roast beef.

However, it looks like Arby’s may be trying to change that and broaden their appeal if word from Georgia and New York state are to be believed. If fact, you could say they may be trying to wing it.

Arby’s Boneless Wings and Crinkle Fries are here.

The all seeing food folks at Chewboom are reporting that Boneless Chicken Wings served with a side of Crinkle Fries have been spotted at Arby’s locations in Syracuse, NY and Augusta, GA. The wings come with the option of Spicy Buffalo or Hot Honey sauce and come in a six-piece and a nine-piece variety. They will set you back five or six bucks respectively.

For those that are curious, this isn’t the first time the chain has tried out Crinkle Fries, as they actually tested them earlier this summer. In addition, the same company that owns Arby’s also happens to own Buffalo Wild Wings. Coincidence? I’ll let you decide.

At this point it isn’t know if Arby’s plans to roll out the wings to the rest of the country but you would have to think it’s a no brainer. Imagine these hitting the market right around Super Bowl. Everybody would win.
