Get ready for Spring and Summer with the help of KeVita

Looking for a way to feel better (or healthier) as we head into Spring and Summer? Want something new to drink this year? Then you may need a little KeVita in your life!

From Kombucha to their Sparkling Probiotic Drink, there are a number of ways that KeVita can help us all feel refreshed and healthier as we head into new seasons this year. And while Spring has already sprung, that doesn’t mean we don’t need to continue that push to get healthier.

And speaking of their Probiotic Drink, do you even know what probiotics are? Seriously, I have this word bandied about and never really done that deep dive until I actually tried KeVita for the first time. So what are they? Probiotics are basically live microorganisms which can help to improve our gut health when consumed. It’s as simple (or not) as that.

So now we know what Probiotics are, but what about KeVita? For anyone who hasn’t seen these drinks in the cooler section of your grocery store (I usually find them in the refrigerated section near produce), there are actually a few different drinks we can choose from, including a Master Brew Kombucha. However, while their Kombucha is definitely a must-try for people who enjoy the fermented tea drink, in this case my focus is more on their Sparkling Probiotic Drink (obviously).

Think of KeVita is a perfect pick-me-up during a long day at work. Or you can grab it when you need to feel refreshed. There are a lot of reasons to snag a bottle of this sparkling drink, and when it comes to flavor, there are plenty of choices too.

With at least 10 flavors to choose from, there is something for every taste bud out there. And for me, there are some definite winners when it comes to everyday sipping.

Up first, I have to give the Pomegranate flavor its due. It was refreshing and tart, with the perfect hint of sweetness to keep me coming back for more. Then there was the Strawberry Acai Coconut. This is a beverage that will be a go-to if you love strawberry and acai. The coconut itself is very subtle and overall, this is another must try.

If you really want to get a kick out of your day, I am recommending the Lemon Cayenne. As a lemon lover, I knew I had to try this flavor and honestly I was shocked at how much I really loved the kick of heat in every sip. This is for everyone who loves a little spicy and sweet in their life, but this time it’s in the form of a refreshing beverage.

Some of the other must try flavors in the KeVita lineup are the Mango Coconut, Lemon Ginger, and Tangerine. And of course, there is also their Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic, and a wide range of Master Brew Kombucha flavors including Blueberry Basil, French Oak Apple, Citrus, and Tart Cherry.

If you are looking to try something new this Spring, while also adding some extra health benefits to your sipping, then KeVita might just be the way to go. It’s not a drink I reach for everyday, but when I do grab a bottle, I find myself feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.
