Del Taco’s new Crunchtada menu includes limited edition floaties coming May 24
What better way is there to celebrate the expansion of Del Taco’s Crunchtada menu than with a pool party? And that’s where these limited edition floaties come in.
After making a splash by expanding their Crunchtada menu to include two new options, it just made sense for Del Taco to take things to the next level. And for a limited time, starting on May 24, fans of the Crunchtada can get their hands on a very special floatie inspired by this menu item.
According to the press release from Del Taco, these limited edition floaties will be available on the fast food chain’s webstore for just $49. At a diameter of four foot, these are perfect for a lazy day lounging in the pool. And if they happen to make us hungry for a Crunchtada or two, well who can blame us.
With very limited quantities expected on these floaties, you’ll want to head to the webstore quickly. And since these floaties go live at 9 a.m. PST on May 24, make sure you jump online as soon as you can if you want to spend the summer floating with Del Taco.

From an expanded Crunchtada menu to their new limited edition floaties, Del Taco is ready for summer
Even if you can’t get your hands on this epic Crunchtada Floatie, that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the expanded Crunchtada menu. And if you missed this menu expansion, have no fear, we have you covered.
The two new Crunchtada menu items are the NEW Queso Beef Crunchtada and the NEW Chicken Guacamole Crunchtada. With the Queso Beef we get, “A thick, wavy, crunchy corn shell is layered with slow-cooked beans made from scratch, seasoned beef, creamy Queso Blanco, freshly grated cheddar cheese, and topped with chopped fresh diced tomatoes.” Finally the Chicken Guacamole gives us, “A thick, wavy, crunchy corn shell is layered with slow-cooked beans made from scratch, grilled marinated chicken, creamy ranch sauce, crisp lettuce, freshly grated cheddar cheese, chopped fresh diced tomatoes, and topped with fresh house-made guacamole.”
