When it comes to nutritional drinks that act as a meal replacement, Carnation Breakfast has always been my personal go-to choice, at least when it comes to their powdered mix. But recently I decided to give their ready-to-drink bottles a try. And Carnation Breakfast Essentials delivered. The flavors were amazing and of course, it was a perfect alternative to a sit down breakfast. It delivered the nutrition we needed to start the day, all while be able to take it on the go.

But now, we have a whole new flavor that we can’t resist. And that’s because Carnation Breakfast Essentials is taking the most epic cinnamon roll company out there and bottling the magic!

I am always looking for easy alternatives to whipping up a big breakfast, especially during the work week when it feels like we are always on the go. Enter Carnation Breakfast Essentials, the perfect ready to drink breakfast alternative. While I am usually all about their classic chocolate flavor, now that they have a Cinnabon flavor, I am all in.

This is like straight up drinking a fresh baked cinnamon roll straight out of the Cinnabon kitchen. Talk about magic in a bottle! Much like a classic cinnamon roll from Cinnabon, this nutritional drink is irresistible when it comes to the flavors, while also being “packed with 10g of protein, plus 21 vitamins & minerals.”
