Sour Punch new holiday line is now available
Sour Punch has three new holiday candies available now
Thanksgiving might not be here yet, but Christmas candy is most likely already available at your local supermarket. Whether you’re a chocolate lover, a peppermint fanatic, or something in between, the holidays don’t pull any punches when it comes to candy. If you’re a sour candy lover (like me), Sour Punch has a new line of sweets perfect for the winter holidays.
They have recently come out with three different kinds of sour candies that will have you puckering with delight on Christmas morning. The first is their Sour Punch trees which are red and green gummy candies that, you guessed it, look like trees and are covered in sugar. The trees are cherry and lime flavored.

The next item is their Sour Punch Santa Straws which is like their regular sour straws but just in red and green. The straws are apple and berry flavors. You can currently get them at Michael’s for only $1.99 a pack.
The final item is their Merry Mix Bites which is pretty much just like their straws but cut up into bite-sized pieces. The mix is red and green but includes four fruit flavors instead of two. The flavors are watermelon, green apple, cherry, and berry. The Merry Mix Bites are already available at Target for only $2.69 for a 9-ounce bag.
While Sour Patch Kids is my go-to sour candy, Sour Punch will always hold a special place in my heart as I used to walk up to the local 7-Eleven and buy a pack of sour straws. I cannot wait to either coerce my mom into putting some Santa Straws in my stocking or buying a few packs for myself.
