Is Starbucks open on Thanksgiving day 2020?
Will Starbucks be open on Thanksgiving day 2020?
Sometime you just need your caffeine fix, and that is especially true on a holiday like Thanksgiving. The questions is, is Starbucks open to help. Well, the answer is unfortunately not as simple as a straight yes or no.
Typically, there are a number of locations that stay open on the holidays. And even though 2020 has been a year unlike any other, it seems that many locations will be sticking with their usual operations of years past. What this means is that many Starbucks locations will be open for Thanksgiving.
However, while Starbucks will be open to give us our Pumpkin Spice Latte and Mocha Frappuccino fixes, we will want to check the locations near us in order to determine their actual hours of operation. In many cases, the stores will be closing early in order to allow their employees to spend time with their families on the holiday.

According to Country Living, a spokesperson for the company explained that their stores were a place for people to gather and connect over a cup of coffee. Starbucks also stated that, “We are happy to welcome customers on Thanksgiving in select store locations. Store hours vary by location, and stores may occasionally adjust their hours based on business and customer needs.”
However, to make sure that your location is open, you will want to check the website or app, or maybe call to see if and when they are open.
This is exciting news for a lot of us, as this means that we will be able to get our coffee fix no matter what happens on Thanksgiving this year. Even if we aren’t getting to enjoy a big family meal with all the turkey and fixings, Starbucks is helping us get a little taste of normalcy, and we are here for that!
