Pringles ready for Halloween with Glow-In-The-Dark cans
By D. Goodman
The calendar has officially turned to September and that means just one thing as far as foodies everywhere are concerned. The countdown to Halloween has officially begun in earnest. Pumpkin spice everything and all things spooky should be arriving as we speak and of course, Pringles is getting in on the action.
Back in the day it used to be that Pringles, the potato crisps that come in the iconic red can, were pretty, dare we say, boring. Yes everyone knows the red can and the mascot but that was about it. However, things have changed in a big way over the years.
More flavors than you can count, limited-edition flavors and more have made Pringles more popular then ever. And now according to a press email we received, the popular crisps are embracing Halloween and everything that entails.
Starting this month you will be able to get a pair of very special limited-edition flavors of Pringles where the crisps are not the best part of the foodie experience. It’s going to be the can you’re going to want to be paying attention to.
Two new Halloween-themed Pringles flavors and cans are on the way.

The two new flavors, if you want to call them that, are “Sour Scream and Onion” and “Oooriginal” which could be the cleverest things we’ve ever seen. But even better than the names are the cans. Because, get ready, they glow-in-the-dark!
That’s right. The two new cans actually glow-in-the-dark, with a creepy hand reaching for the Pringles mascot once you turn the lights out. How freakin’ cool does that sound?
In a season normally dominated by candy, it’s great to see another option to embrace one’s inner Halloween fan and enjoy the spooky holiday.
The two limited-edition Pringles flavors are available starting this month and will only be around until Halloween or while supplies last. So if you want to get your Pringles on in the dark, you should head to the store as soon as you can before they disappear.
